RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Daky is committed to satisfying our customers and guarantee against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If you believe there is a defect in your product, we suggest returning the item to the place of purchase for the fastest resolution.
All items purchased online on Daky.com may be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 14 working days of delivery of the products ordered - ‘working’ days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Orders for certain products may not be cancelled - these include:
- products that have been clearly personalised;
- products if they have been worn or used in any way.
If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation which were part of the delivery.
We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
Footwear can only be returned if tried on indoors, in original packaging and in the same condition as delivered.
Returned goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or goods that have been worn or washed.
As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package or proof that the order has been returned. If you are a customer in the EU, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery.
If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper.
Daky products purchased online cannot be returned to a retail store selling Daky products in your local area and vice versa. Therefore, we are unable to take any returns or exchanges online for items that have been bought in retail stores. If you need some help or have any questions please contact our Customer Services department who are more than happy to help.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
How to return
Returning your products with us is so easy. Please send all website returns to:

For convenience, you can use the returns label on the other side of your delivery note.
You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us

If you withdraw from your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery and eventual administration fees, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return products.
We may however withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest. Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive a refund e-mail notification. Your refund will be paid back to the same card that was used to place the order.
Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement, after you have received your return confirmation e-mail. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer.
You will be refunded the shipping cost in full if the entire order is returned.
Partial returns will not have the shipping costs refunded unless the items are returned due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
In order to get a full refund it’s important that we receive the goods in the same state in which they were received. The returned product has to be complete, unworn, unwashed and with all the product labels intact.
We currently do not have an exchange service.
You can return any product that you are not fully satisfied with. As soon as your returned parcel reaches our warehouse, an e-mail notification will be triggered and your refund will be issued.
If you would like another product, colour or size, please place a new order.
