YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive an email with updates about your order status. In order to make sure you continue to receive our emails please add our email
address to your spam exceptions list or your email address book. 

Below are examples of the e-mails you might receive (may add this in future):

  • ORDER CONFIRMATION. E-mail confirmation that we have received your order. The order number, the billing and shipping addresses you have selected will be included.
  • DISPATCH CONFIRMATION. E-mail confirmation that your order (or part of it) has been dispatched from our warehouse. The link to track and trace your deliverywill be included. The arrival time of your order depends onthe designated delivery method and your location.
  • RETURN CONFIRMATION. E-mail confirmation that you’re returned order has been received and inspected by our warehouse staff. Your refund has been processed.
  • ORDER CANCELLATION. E-mail confirmation that your order has been cancelled. You may receive this email if you have personally requested to cancel your order, if the content of your order is completely sold out, or if we are unable to ship your order for any other reason.

ORDER STATUS

 

The status of your order is also easy to find. This can be done by;

  • VISITING OUR WEBSITE. You may check the status of your orders by visiting my account. This is the easiest and fastest way to get up-to-date information about your order.
  • Please note:  Order information may not appear in your order history for up to an hour after your order has been submitted. When you click on my account, 
    you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. Once you have signed in, your order history will provide you with detailed information about your current (and past) orders.
  • Checking your e-mail. You are required to enter an email address during Checkout, so that you receive e-mails regarding the status of your order.
  • CONTACTING US. If you still have questions about your order, you can always contact our Customer Service Team.

ORDER STATUS GLOSSARY

 

In MY ACCOUNT you can check the progress of your order based on one of the statuses below:

  • ORDER RECEIVED AND READY FOR PROCESSING. The order has been submitted and will be processed as soon as possible.
  • PAYMENT APPROVED. The payment authorization has been completed. The order is about to be dispatched.
  • ORDER DISPATCHED. The order has left our warehouse.
  • ORDER COMPLETED. The order has been delivered.

PRE ORDERS

 

Selected styles may be reserved prior to the style being available for delivery.

To reserve the item, place an order for styles that are designated available for Pre Order. You will be notified and charged when your item is dispatched.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED

Our items sell out super quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are rare. If an item
in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your
order and refund the out of stock item.

Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for the following various reasons;

 
    • Difficulty in processing your payment information
    • Inability to dispatch to address provided
    • Unavailable item(s)
    • Existence of a duplicate order
 

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

 

We cannot change your order (product, size, colour or addresses) once it has been placed. Since our system is designed to process and dispatch orders immediately, once
you receive your order, simply return any unwanted items by following our RETURN POLICY.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

 

In general, all the products featured on our website are available for sale and ready to be dispatched. In the unusual situation in which the last available product is for sale
and two customers place it in their shopping Cart at the same time, one customer may receive an out of stock message at checkout or later on in their shipping confirmation
e-mail.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notification, explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Once an
order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Shopping on Daky.com is easy, simple and fast.

 

Get inspired by browsing our collections, or search your favourite products by name or style number using the search box.

Once you have found the products you are looking for and chosen size and colour, just add your products to your shopping Cart.

If your mind is set, just click on Checkout to finalise your order. If you have a promotion code, you can add it in the designated field in the checkout page. You can
choose to checkout as a registered user (if you have or want to create your account) or as a guest (in this case you will have to enter all your data manually).

  • Choose now your delivery method and enter your delivery address.
  • Choose your payment method and fill in your payment details..

It’s time to review your details and complete your order. You will see an on-screen confirmation of the order you have just placed. You will also receive shortly your
order confirmation e-mail.

SHOPPING CART

 

When you shop on Daky.com and add an item to your cart, it is saved for you to purchase. Items in your Shopping Cart will remain until they are purchased, removed,
or sold out.

Your options in the Shopping Cart:

 
      • REVIEW YOUR ORDER. Review the details of your order before you proceed to our secure checkout.

      • UPDATE ORDER QUANTITY. If you wish to update the order quantity of any item in your Cart, simply choose the desired quantity next to the item and click
         "UPDATE CART".

      • REMOVE AN ITEM FROM YOUR SHOPPING CART. SELECT THE ITEM AND CLICK "REMOVE" OR CHANGE THE ORDER QUANTITY TO ZERO AND CLICK
        "UPDATE CART".

      • RETURN TO SHOPPING. If you wish to continue shopping after viewing your Shopping Cart, click "Continue Shopping". Products in your Shopping Cart will
        remain until they are purchased, removed, or sold out. At any time,you may return to your Shopping Cart by clicking "My Cart" at the top of any page.

        • PROCEED TO SECURE CHECKOUT.When you are ready to purchase your order, click "Continue Check Out". Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure.
 

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

 

The price of the items do not include customs and import duties which will vary from country to country.

You may be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the
items from your courier. If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to Daky.com.

In the event this happens, Daky.com may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you.

We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.

 

DISCOUNT CODE(S)

Discount codes can't be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (unless otherwise stated). Only one discount code is permitted per order.

Once you’ve added your must haves to your Cart you need to click “view my Cart”, enter your discount code into the Promo Code box and click “Apply Code”. You can then
head over to the checkout to complete your order. Your discount will not be added to delivery charges, sale items or exclusive collections and cannot be used in conjunction
with any other offer.

Why won’t my discount code work?

 
    • REVIEW YOUR ORDER. Review the details of your order before you proceed to our secure checkout.

    • YOUR CODE: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout.

    • EXPIRY DATE: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid.

    • ELIGIBLE ITEMS: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. To view
      the included items select the link provided on your newsletter/our site.

  • UNIQUE CODES: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code
    can only be used once.
