We offer complimentary Free UK shipping on orders over £40.00 on standard shipping and FREE international shipping on orders over £140.00 for products bought online.

If we are unable to ship your goods within this timeframe we will inform you whenever possible

We cannot change your order (product, size, colour or address) once it has been placed.

Orders placed at the weekend or on a Public Holiday will be processed during the next working day. We delivery Next Day parcels during the weekdays only if you have opted for the Next Day Delivery Shipping.

To place an order for next day delivery, you should order BEFORE 12 PM so that you receive your order the following day between 8am and 6pm.

Delivery schedules are subject to product availability and payment clearance. Actual delivery times may also vary depending on shipping locations.

Please allow time for credit card clearance, address verification and order processing when estimating package delivery time.

We specifically request customers to be at their delivery address to receive their goods on the day they are informed they will receive it. If no one is available to accept delivery or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery we cannot accept liability and customers may face a re-delivery charge at the discretion of the courier company.

The courier will leave a “calling card” at the recipient address and it then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to contact the courier company to re-arrange a suitable delivery time and date or may otherwise collect the delivery goods from the relevant depot.

We ship to residential and business addresses only. The following postcodes we do not ship to.

Track your order

You may receive a shipping confirmation e-mail the moment your order will leave our warehouse, if the delivery has been dispatched with a tracking service.

 

Not all parcel are shipped with tracking service due to parcel service we may choose to use at the time of dispatch.

Shipping to multiple locations

We are currently not offering the option to ship to multiple addresses. If you would like to ship the same order to multiple addresses, we advise you to place an order for each address.

 

 

Damages

Every order that we send from our warehouse is carefully inspected.In case you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact us within 5 working days.

Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.

It’s normal for the parcel to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following:

If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel but make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt, sign and date it.

If the parcel looks seriously damaged, you may refuse your order. Under this circumstance, please contact us immediately.

When you contact our Team, please have your order number, item number and tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail) along with your e-mail address and phone number at hand. We will do our best to refund your purchase amount as soon as we receive your returned order.

If you notice any damage after having accepted your delivery, you can return your parcel to the address;
